Holiday Gift Guides | For Her, For Him, For Grandchildren

The holidays are a season where gathering and giving allow us to make #intentionalmemories that last us well into the new year and beyond! We’ve selected some ideas to complete your Christmas list shopping with our holiday gift guides in a dozen categories, for all your friends and family awaiting the exchange of thoughtful presents this year. Merry Merry, y’all!

Gifts for Her

1. Nothing is more of a wardrobe staple for Lolli and me than ballerina flats! We wear ours out, so come Christmas time, a new pair under the tree is always a welcomed gift! Shop this comfortable scalloped suede pair by Chloe in three color options this season.

2. Scarves make great gifts, because they always fit, no matter what size you are! We like this Marni silk twilly, since it is versatile enough to wear around the neck or as a belt, tied on a bag or even wrapped as a bracelet, adding pretty pops of color to an everyday ensemble.

3. Gloves are a pretty standard Christmas gift, so why not give the prettiest ones? We love these glamorous knit gloves with fox-fur trim by Max Mara, and they come in black and beige neutrals to complement any outfit with warmth and style.

4. For the lady who’s expecting luxe, you can’t go wrong with this it-bag of the season by Gucci. It comes in multiple colorways and is just the right size and structure for any fashionista to enjoy. Plus, it already has a bow on it!

5. We love finding unique baubles, especially for under $150! This domed cocktail ring from The Real Real is a beautiful and bright addition to her jewelry box. A piece of jewelry makes a great surprise stocking stuffer. Good things come in little packages, after all!

6. Bobbi Brown cosmetics is a brand WHERE THE GENERATIONS MEET™. Both Lolli and I keep Bobbi Brown blushes, bronzers and other beauty products handy on our vanities, and our favorite go-to tones are all-in-one with this holiday gift from the Nordstrom counter. This eye and cheek palette will suit most skin tones, making it a Christmas gift sure to please any lady with even a modest makeup routine.

7. Quilted silk slippers for under $50—yes please! These come in a beautiful Merlot fabric for feet small, medium and large by respected silk house Kumi Kukoon. There’s a coordinating silk-filled eye mask available as well, in case you want to wrap these slippers up with even sweeter dreams!

8. At Lolli and Me, we love tea with Anna Weatherley! With her signature 24k gold edging and detailed, hand-painted botanicals on porcelain, this tea set is one to be passed down through the generations. Anna designed this “Garden Delights” collection exclusively for Bloomingdale’s, so it’s a must-have for the cupboard collection of any hostess with the mostest!

Gifts for Him

1. It may seem cliché, but there’s something about Christmas and a new pair of socks that go hand in hand. We like the colors and pattern of this pheasant-patterned pair by British brand Cordings for an outdoorsman who also has to dress for work. These are knitted in Wales from fine-gauge cotton and finished with hand-linked toes for strength and durability to avoid dreaded holes! At just $20, these would make a great stocking stuffer or wrap them with a new pair of loafers or boots for a more robust present.

2. This series by Taschen is great for the adventurer in your life! The New York Times: Explorer series outlines the world’s top travel destinations. In this volume about “Mountains, Deserts & Plains,” there are 25 first-person narratives and beautiful photography to take the reader away, even just by browsing it on the couch. We love the vibrant cover of this book for a coffee table or office desk stack. Plus, it’s a collectible at only $35! Wrap this with a passport cover, a pair of binoculars, or a couple of other interesting books for the explorer on your gift list.

3. A wallet is a great gift, because it’s something people don’t often buy themselves. We love this needlepoint bi-fold from Mark and Graham, since it is especially handsome when personalized with the recipient’s initials! Monogramming is included in the $155 price tag!

4. Every Southern gentleman needs a pair of monogrammed cufflinks! This square design is by Sarah Chloe and you can select a gunmetal or sterling silver finish. These are a great family heirloom that can be passed down for generations. Gift them with a monogrammed blazer button set for someone extra special. These cufflinks are also a great graduation, wedding, groomsman, or anniversary gift!

5. We love gifting candles all year ‘round but especially around the holidays. The combination of Christmas and candlelight is a longstanding tradition. Candles are so festive and usually come in pretty packaging, like this masculine Molton Brown scented single-wick from Bergdorf Goodman. At under $50, the price pleases, too.

6. Luxury game sets from Winning Solutions provide instant fun to a game room, man cave, or library, and they’re handsome enough to leave out on a desk or card table! At just under $100, choose from special editions of Clue, Monopoly, or Scrabble for the father or friend who likes fun and games.

7. This rustic yet polished stationery set from One King’s Lane for under $30 is perfect for the fisherman in your life. For those times he’s “Gone Fishin’” and owes a thank you note, or for when he’s run out of personalized correspondence cards, these will certainly come in handy throughout the year. No “trout” about it!

8. Gift him this glistening decanter and glasses set by Soho Home for egg nog occasions and more! In a classic crystal diamond pattern, this set would look divine on a bar cart or as part of an entertaining collection. Three pieces of hand-cut crystal for $225 makes a great wedding or housewarming gift, too!

Gifts for Grandchildren

1. Cozy shearling boots are a winter wardrobe staple. These monogrammed UGG options make a great, personalized gift for a granddaughter, from preteen (size 5) and up!

2. Sweet roller and duffle bags make the cutest travelers even cuter! At Lolli and Me, we love the little luggage collections by Steven Joseph in different themes and shapes. Lolli had “Going to Lolli’s House” added to the back of the ones she personalized with my boys’ names at a local shop, since they’re usually off to visit her when a bag’s in tow!

3. A pony for Christmas! Nothing is more of a nursery classic than a rocking horse. For children with babies on the way or for newborn and toddler grandchildren, you cannot go wrong with this Steiff riding pony for the growing cowboys and cowgirls in your family. Tie a ribbon on its neck and place under the tree for an instant heirloom and Christmas memory.

4. One of my favorite childhood book characters was Paddington Bear. I remember being introduced to this book series in first grade and have been a fan ever since! Share this story treasury with your family in an illustrated edition of six classic bedtime stories about everyone’s favorite British bear! For even more “thank yous,” gift this book with a Paddington plush toy for your littles to snuggle and play with as they read along.

5. Give the gift of ping pong time for only $12.99! This retractable table top tennis set can work on any flat surface large enough for an impromptu game or tournament. Great for the adolescents, teens, and college kids on your list who are more active!

6. Be the coolest grandparent on the block by gifting this sleek race car metal speedster by Schylling! Any little boy or girl with a need for speed will enjoy this first set of wheels in their playroom or on the driveway. It would even be a cute decorative accessory in the corner of a nursery for baby to grow into and enjoy.

7. Remind your grandchildren of life before smartphones with this nostalgic Polaroid camera! They could even use it to take family photos on Christmas day that print instantly for everyone to take home as captured memories. Film is sold separately.

8. Real candy and peppermints make for classic stocking stuffers, but this peppermint float will last longer! Great for snow tubing in the winter or pool floating all summer long, this is a gift your grandchildren will love all year ‘round.
