Christmas cookies and crafts are synonymous with the holiday season for Lolli and Me! Our family loves creating #intentionalmemories by baking and crafting together as we countdown to Christmas–and a highlight is hosting our annual Milk & Cookies party for family friends. Gingerbread Fun
‘Tis the season for gingerbread! Decorate gingerbread man ornaments with this foam gingerbread man craft that comes with a tag explaining “The Legend of the Gingerbread Man.” For a craft station, we like to set out Christmas plates and placemats for kids to use as workspaces while designing their ornaments.
Of course, we always love making a gingerbread house each year but generally don’t like to get out all of the icing and decorations more than once. Christmas Cookies
Decorating Christmas cookies is one of our favorite holiday traditions. We love to have friends over to celebrate the season together, and decorating (and eating!) Christmas cookies is a festive form of entertainment for children of all ages. A go-to setup involves picking up sugar cookies and icing from our favorite bakery, gathering up festive sprinkles, and letting the kids loose to create away! At the end of the day, friends can pack up the cookies in a treat box to carry home for Santa.

No-Mess Crafts
Entertaining, relevant crafts with little clean-up time are ideal for this mom. Luckily, you don’t always need to make a mess to create something everyone will enjoy! For our Christmas party, we like to set out coloring sheets, stickers, and markers for kids to create last-minute Christmas cards for loved ones near and far.
You don’t need messy icing, containers of glitter, glue or ink to create, which can add stress to what should be a joy-filled time. These mess-free Christmas crafts are cute and simple to put together in a pinch (or one a trip to Grandma’s house)! Create “stained glass” ornaments with stickers, or let your little one punch our a few cardboard pieces to make an adorable “gingerbread” village!
